Winter Championships Time Trial – Tuesday 25/09/2018 at 6:30pm

Following last year’s format, we are going to do another time trial so that we can get an idea of where the senior runners are at prior to the relays in the Winter Championships. For those thinking or planning on taking part in the Winter Championships then please do come along and take part.

We are going to do it in a similar format to last year, three laps around the 1360 route (about 2.4 miles in total) at the Kay Park (which should avoid the need to cross any busy roads). It is open to both men and women in any of the seniors groups.

For those who want to take part then please be at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena for 6:30pm on Tuesday 25/09/2018. From there we will head over to the Kay Park. If you have any questions in advance then please contact Stuart Nibloe.
