Winter Championships 2015/16

 

 

Dear Members,

The summer season is almost over for another year. Well done to all who have represented the club this summer. Please find below the senior winter championship races for 2015/16. As the first three races are team events and pre-entry we have created an online poll to make registering your intention to run easier (we hope).

The previous method of noting your interest to captains is of course absolutely fine and we will update the names on this poll for anyone unable to access it.

In order to run district and National events you must be registered with Scottish Athletics and have a current SA number.

Ayrshire Cross Country Relays – Kilmarnock – 17th Oct

*National Cross Country Relays – Cumbernauld – 24th Oct

National 4k Cross Country – Bellahouston – 7th Nov

Ayrshire Cross Country – Irvine – 14th Nov

Kilmarnock Cross Country Festival – 22nd Nov

*West District Cross Country – Bellahouston – 6th Dec

Cyclists V Harriers – Irvine – 2oth Dec

Ayrodynamics Turkey Trot 10k – Ayr – 26th Dec

Beith New Year Road Races – 2nd Jan

East Kilbride XC – Jackton – 16th Jan

*National Cross Country – Falkirk – 27th Feb

Clydebank 5k – TBC

National 4 and 6 Stage Road Relays – Livi – 4rd April

All seniors and under 20’s must wear a club vest in order to qualify for points. If you do not have a vest please make arrangements to order one from club.

7 points per relay with 3 out of 4 relays to count for points and the best 7 out of the 10 individual races will count for all athlete’s.
