West District Relays 5th October – Help Required

On Saturday 5th October we are hosting the West District Cross Country Relays. To allow the event to go well and enhance the clubs reputation, I need volunteers to set up the course / marshal the event and help with catering (for the marshals). It is an easy and enjoyable shift and guidance will be provided.

A number of my regular helpers are on holiday at this time so I really need to see some new faces. Course set up will be from 0830 till 1030 and marshalling will be required from 11.00 till 3.00. If you can help please let me know at Ian Gebbie (or via Facebook).
