West District Cross Country 9th December

The West Distrist Cross Country Championships, which is part of the Senior Winter Champs, takes place on Sat 9th Dec, at Irvine Moor Racecourse, Irvine. The distance for senior/masters women is 6400m & senior/masters men 10000m. Anyone wishing to race, please pass your names to the Club Captains asap, the club pays for this event, so all we need is your name, but you must be a member of Scottish Athletics to take part. Last date for entry is Thurs 23rd Nov. Let’s see as many blue & white vests as there have been at the Relays!
