West District Cross Country

This year’s West District Cross Country is on the Saturday 7th December at the Ayrshire Athletics Areana in Kilmarnock. Since Kilmarnock Harriers are hosting this event it would be  good to get a large turn out of seniors and under 20’s racing.

Races distances are –

Senior men – 10000m

Senior women – 6400m

Under 20 men – 8000m

Under 20 women – 5000m

If any senior or under 20 athletes would like to run please pass your name and £4.50 to Kara Tait or James Wales by Tuesday 19th November. If you name and money aren’t given by this date then you a won’t be entered to run.
