Virtual AGM

As part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trustees have taken the decision replace the formal AGM with a virtual alternative (i.e tele or video conference or both – tbd).  This will allow us to comply with the legal requirements arising from the Club Constitution. 

Arising from these requirements, amongst other formal matters,  it is necessary to consider any competent motion from members.  Accordingly if any member has a motion that they wish to be considered for the AGM then please submit it using agm@kilmarnockharriers.com by midnight 10 April 2020.  Motions submitted after that date will not be eligible for consideration.  Any proposed motion should be accompanied by a brief statement explaining the reason for the motion, with any relevant background information.  Once received the Trustees will consider the competence of the motion and/or may contact you for any point of clarification.

The date of the AGM will be decided and announced following the Trustee meeting scheduled for 17th April 2020.  All necessary papers will be published on the Club web-site so members will be able to give the  fullest consideration to the proposed motions.
