Teams of 3 of THE SAME AGE GROUP Event Open to Under 11 full details in events book in registration. Please enter details in book by THURSDAY 19th
Teams will be selected by the coaches everyone will get a run even if not in a full team
Club pays your entry

Saturday 28th October National Cross Country Relays Cumbernauld
Format is different Team is 1 xU13 1 x U15 ( or U13 ) and 1 xU17 ( or U15 )
SA ( Scottish Athletics ) Number required Championship Event CLOSING DATE THURSDAY 12th Again full details in the events book
Club pays your Entry We hope to run a bus to this event if numbers justify please indicate in the events book if youwant to travel on the bus cost £5 Return friends and families welcome to travel on the bus

Saturday 28th October SAIL Indoor league Emirates Arena Glasgow
We hope to do the same as last year and where possible give every athlete the opportunity to compete indoors Full Details in the book Please Note DIFFERENT AGE GROUP DATES APPLY FOR INDOORS Costs have risen substantially but we will subside entry to fee to £5 per atthlete per meet SA (Scottish Athletics) Closing date Wednesday 25th Sa ( Scottish Athletics ) Number required
Again we will hopefully run a subsided bus if numbers allow same price £5 and as above open to friends and families
Kids are actively encouraged to travel by bus it is good for team spirit and it makes the task of Team Manager much easier and allows for late changes to be made
