Track Spikes

Folks we are noticing a bit of wear on the the track from spikes already. We hope this is a reflection on how many athletes are using the track. However it took 125 years to get it so we need to protect it. So here is some guidance as to the type of spikes which are acceptable. At present we have some sets of spikes available at £2 a set. Cheaper than you can get in the shops. Please help make our track last. It is intended that you can get them from Maurice and John our clothing guys on a Tuesday or Thursday and eventually at the counter at the AAA. Thanks for your continued support
