Senior Summer Championships 2017

Well done to all who took part in 6th race of the Summer Champs, Bellahouston Harriers Brian Goodwin 10k. A very popular race, which filled up the day before the deadline, with a few Harriers missing out, but there’s still lots of races to come, over the summer months. Remember it’s your 7 best races which count, & you must compete in at least one short, medium & long race for all 7 to count, & of course, wear a club vest!

Fastest Harriers on the night were Connell Drummond & yet again, Amanda Bryden, awarded with full 15 points for their efforts. With Amanda still top of the women’s table, & we now have a joint lead in the men’s, Scott Lyden & Stuart Nibloe sharing the top, with John Tougher not far behind.

Next race is another long one, Isle of Arran (Shiskine) Half Marathon, on Sunday 2 July. Entries are through SiEntries & close Mon 26th June.
