Scottish 4 and 6 Stage Relays

This years Scottish 4 and 6 stage relays are being held on the 31^st March 2013 at Livingston.

Female teams have four runners in a team, two who will run three miles and two who will run roughly 5.8 miles. Male teams have six runners in a team, three who will run three miles and three who will run roughly 5.8 miles.

There will be a race entry fee which still has to be confirmed and will be in the next week.

Any senior or under 20 athletes who would like to run, could you please give your name and which distance you would prefer to run along with your money to Kara Tait by 1^st March 2013.

(Athletes preferred distances aren’t guaranteed, but we will try our best.)
