1. 1.       The Coach will be a 49 seater, booked via Courtney Travel – once we get driver contact details we will forward those on for your info on the day – please let me know your final numbers as soon as possible so we can plan group numbers on set and arrange catering

 

1. 2.       Please ask everyone to bring a water bottle to keep hydrated whilst filming.   Bottles of water will also be provided during the morning break and lunch periods

 

1. 3.       Please ask everyone to leave any mobile phones/cameras on the coaches.   Because we are shooting the scene way before the Commonwealth Games it is important we don’t share any images on any social network site.   The episode will be shown 2 days before the CG Opening Ceremony and we want it to look like Shieldinch is part of the Glasgow Baton Relay route.   It would spoil things for any pictures to leak ahead of time.

 

1. 4.       We aim to start filming the scenes from 0930am and we will provide crisps, fruit and water for the mid-morning snack around 1045am

 

1. 5.       We aim to finish filming the scenes on or before 1330pm and we will provide sandwiches, biscuits and water for a lunch time snack

 

1. 6.       The coaches will depart Dumbarton at 1400pm and drop off at your original pick up point approx. 1 hour later
