On a warm, sunny night in France Colleen Tait took part in the Amiénoise 10k in which is a female only 10k. Colleen who was in France under taking an internship and more known as an 800m runner finished in 31^st place out of 1442 runners in a time of 43.02.

On Friday 21^st June Kara Tait competed at the Glasgow Metric Miller met at Scoutson in Glasgow. Competing in the 5000m which was also the West District Championships Kara was initially in third place behind the leaders. However with just over 6 laps to go Kara over the leaders and went onto win the West District 5000m’s by 12 seconds and in a pb of 17.38.
