Numerous PBs at last Open Graded Meeting at Linwood

10 Kilmarnock Harrier travelled to Linwood on 21^st August 2013 to compete at the last meeting of the series and it proved to be a very successful event towards the end of the long summer season.

In the 100m we had Lorne Kerr (U17) running 13.2 and Erin Connelly clocking 14.9. In the 200m we had all age groups represented, with Erin Connelly running 29.9, Olivia Cochrane (U15) 28.8 for a new PB, Lorne Kerr achieving a flat 28.0 and Roy Shankland (U20) finishing in 22.5.

Evan Cornforth achieved a new PB in the 400m in 52.8, Ben O’Neil (U17) clocked 57.2, Bethany Ross (20) run 60.3 And Amanda Humes (U20) finished in 64.8 for a new seasonal best.

In form Roy Shankland competed also in the 800m where he ran a new PB in the 800m running 1.59.3 and last not least  Lauren Park (U15) achieved a new PB of 2.49.1 in the same event.

Tomy Wyper (U50) was the sole representative in the field events where competed in the javelin launching the 700g spear out to 23.73m.
