Membership, registration & Fire Drill

Yes, some unrelated subjects!

Membership – a reminder that annual membership fees are due by the end of June.  At present we have just over 250 members paid their fees- thanks, this compares to over 400 last year, so if you’ve not paid please do so ASAP.

Registration – you will have noticed we have been using new registration systems in the last couple of weeks and thanks for your patience.  We will now be registering based on your surname (rather than the training group you are with as we did initially).  We will still know in the background which group you are in and will use this to help plan our capacity, coaching requirements and better manage the waiting lists we have from time to time.  The registration database is also linked to the membership database so in future we will identify anyone attending on an unpaid membership basis and you will be gently reminded to pay.

Fire Drill – for info the muster point in the event of a fire / fire drill at AAA is at the Glass officials shelter, close to the finish line on the track.  Please be guided by your coach as required. (There may be a drill some time in July!).
