Latest Senior Winter Champs Update

The last of the Cross Country Relays took place in Cumbernauld on Saturday, the Nationals, which is always a tough course, but running conditions were good, dry, no wind & just a little mud! Kilmarnock had 9 men & 7 women taking part, with a couple of incomplete teams after some last minute call offs, each receiving 7 points for their efforts. Fastest Male & Female Harriers on the day, were Gavin Hogarth & Stephanie Hewitt, so well done to them. Hopefully they can keep this up to gain top individual points, as we now have more points to be gained with the fastest in each race gaining 10 points, the next 9 & so forth……now the competition really begin!

The next Winter Championship race will be Ruby’s 5k, which takes place at the AAA this Sunday, 30th October. The race starts at 11.30pm & costs £10, with ALL the money going to Ayrshire Cancer Support. You can enter now via Entry Central, or enter on the day. We expect a lot of Killie Harriers taking part in this race, remember you must were a club vest to gain Championship points! See you all on Sunday!
