Just a final, final reminder that we need anyone who wants to claim an award for club standard qualifying times to do so now.

Well done to all, but remember that it is ultimitely YOUR responsibility to claim so if you believe you have achieved 3 of the target times in different distances (from 5k To Ultra) for your particular age group for the year of 2016, you MUST get in touch now.
