Relay all athletes who competed will be awarded 3 points

Saturday 5th November National Short Course Kirkcaldy Under 15 and 17 only

Again all athletes who compete in relays will be awarded 3 points
Under 15 and 17 best 5 results plus relays to count
Under 13s best 4 results plus relays to count
To encourage athletes to compete at championship events 2 bonus points will be awarded to every athlete who competes at the West and National Champs
To be eligible for a prize athletes must have competed at a minimum of 5 races ( 2 of which can be relays)
