JUNIORS CHALLENGE NUMBER 5

HUGE well done to the young athletes who have completed the first 4 challenges
Number 5 is again 2 parts
Firstly a ONE MINUTE run same format as the 5 min and 2min 30sec run, see how far you can in a minute Suggest you do it as 50mtr shuttle run also as always ensure you have sufficiently warmed up before starting

Part 2 Tennis ball throw basically just see how far you can throw a tennis ball in a sling / pull throw
