JUNIORS CHALLENGE NUMBER 4

Well done to the young athletes who have completed the earlier challenges Challenge 4 is again 2 parts
10sec/ 20 sec Run and Standing Triple Jump
For the run sprint for 10seconds then mark and record your distance Then after recovering sprint for 20seconds at the same time try and get to your 10 second mark ,again record your distance
Standing Triple Jump (A hop,step and jump)
A one footed take off starts the hop ,landing on the SAME FOOT,The step is then done on the OTHER FOOT after which the jump is then done landing on both feet
