JUNIORS CHALLENGE

Well done to the juniors who completed the 5 minute challenge The next 2 challenges are
FLYING 30mtrs and STANDING LONG JUMP
The flying 30mtrs measure out 60mtrs and also the halfway 30mtrs mark From the start accelerate so when you reach halfway you are up to full speed Time is taken for the SECOND 30mtrs Ensure you have completed a good warm up Focus on your form ,running tall high hips and using your arms in a pocket to socket movement
Suggest you do a couple then have a 5 minute break and do another 2
Standing Long Jump
Knees in line with shoulders bend your knees and drive your arms as you jump
