JUNIORS 5 minute RUN CHALLENGE

As the seniors have there own 15 minute challenge We,have decided to give the juniors a similar opportunity The challenge for them is to see how far you can run in 5 minutes
Now we appreciate you will not havr the Garmin style watches that many of the seniors have and distances will be estimated
So suggest you arrange an adult to pace out 200mtrs (approx ) to run back and forth,or find a loop of 200m/300m on a quite road or run round the perimeter of a football pitch ( 300mtrs ) On completion of the 5 minutes note how many laps and partial laps you completed in the 5 minutes
To give everyone a chance to get organised you have to next Wednesday 29th to complete this please then post your distance achieved on the Harriers facebook page
