HELP REQUIRED for WEST DISTRICT CHAMPS next Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th

Firstly apologies that i always seem to be appealing for help but its a busy time and events dont happen on there own
As host club we need to supply volunteers for this meet .So what do we need this time
Firstly we need to provide help in the call room ,basically you will be assisting the Scottish Athletics officials. A team of 2 ( although 3 would be better to allow everyone the chance to see there youngster compete ) covering each day .Mornings would be 8 30 am till and 12 30 pm and afternoon 12 30 till 5pm
We also require other volunteers to help with various duties throughout the day
Young Harriers not competing this is your chance to help the club by being a runner basically taking the results from the glass booth to the officials room and start sheets in the other direction. Looking for teams of 2 kids at a time covering the same hours as above
HUGE THANKS to those who have already come foward but i am beginning to panic that we wont have enough
