Club membership fees 2018/19 – info

At the recent Kilmarnock Harriers AGM it was agreed that membership fees would be unchanged for the year ahead.  As a reminder you can find our fees here.http://www.kilmarnockharriers.com/club-fees/

So do members need to do anything? That depends………

We continue to use PaySubsOnline as our membership record database and this time last year we began to collect fees via payment instructions taken on that site.  When you registered on PaySubs Online and provided payment authorisation there were several options:

Monthly membership categories.

Go Cardless (Direct Debit) – if you pay by this method you do not require to take any action.  Monthly fees will continue to be collected as is.

PayPal – The PaySubsOnline system only allows a PayPal based payment to be established for 12 months at a time, so for members paying by this method you are at or soon approaching this time.  If you pay by PayPal you will already have, or will shortly receive an e mail from the Club requesting that you refresh your payment authorisation.   Please action this request when received.  You will have the option to switch to GoCardless payment methodology which will avoid this annual requirement (and costs the Club less in processing fees)

Annual membership categories

If you pay your fees annually you will receive an e mail in the next few weeks requesting payment of your fees.  Your payment authorisation will be required regardless of the method of payment (Go Cardless or Paypal) you choose.
