1500mtrs   ( Under 11 1200mtrs )

HIGH JUMP

SHOT PUTT

and 3000mtrs for SENIORS ONLY

All junior athletes are actively  encouraged to compete  at this event .Could all athletes please enter there name and DOB in the events book in registration, this will allow us to draw up a timetable and compile heats and greatly speed things up on the day

We will also require help on the day from parents and adults to ensure the smooth running of the events. A separate page for volunteers will be available in the events book
