On Monday night 18 Kilmarnock Harriers made the short journey to Irvine for the Brodie Engineering 5 mile road race. Despite the sweltering conditions our ladies put in excellent performances to claim 1st Female, 1st V40 Female, 1st V50 Female and 1st V60 Female.
First Harrier home on the night and first female overall was Kara Tait with a huge PB finishing in 28:25. Lindsay McMahon finished in a time of 32:28 to claim the V40 prize, Rosemary McMillan 37:04 V50 and Kate Todd 39:12 V60 completed a fantastic night for the club.
