Alan Brown MP Visit – Thursday 31st May

Like many MPs, our own Alan Brown MP will be using the May parliamentary recess to get familiar with jobs carried out by their constituents. I am not sure all the types of work Alan will be undertaking but he did mention he will be up at 6.00 am one morning “milking coos”.

His visit to the club on Thursday night aims to let him see some of the things our volunteers and coaches get up to. To this end, he will be involved in Registration from 6.30 pm with Suzanne Sharp and will then join Kenny Wales group for some coaching and a run. It is a big ask of Kenny but he would really like to get a PB at this years Roon the Toon….so no pressure Kenny!
