AGM documents

The Agenda for the 2013 AGM and minutes of last years AGM are attached to this post.

The club annual accounts will be presented at the AGM on Friday 12th April.

An update to the club constitution will also be presented and a copy of this can be found at the Club Info section of the web site.

Only a few paper copies will be available on the night, so please review ahead of the meeting and / or bring your own copies.
