AGM 20th April – Date for your diary

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Friday 20th April 2018 at the Dean Suite, Park Hotel, Kilmarnock and all members are encouraged to attend. Its been another eventful year for the Club and we would like to share this with our members.

An Agenda will be issued in early April.  If you wish to put forward a proposal to be considered then please send it to agm@kilmarnockharriers.com by Sat 7th of April.

If you are also itching to get more involved or feel that you would like to support one of the Committee Leads then we would encourage you to do so.

New ideas are what help us develop and grow stronger. Sometimes there can be a lot to do, and as a result due to limited resources some things cant be achieved  but with many people sharing roles this reduces the workload and really helps. Seeing lots of happy smiling faces, athletes achieving pb’s and generally enjoying themselves can very rewarding for all!
