Senior Summer Roadrunning Champs Update

Not many races left in the 2016 Senior Summer Roadrunning Championships, & still all to play for. First male & female Harriers home in the latest race, the Jim Young Marymass 10k, were James Connelly & Kirsteen Havlin, who both also lead the Championships, well done to both. Only 3 races to go & marathon points to be added, (can anyone who has races a marathon this year, please pass their times to Club Captains, in case we miss you). Also, please remember you must complete at least one short, medium & long race, for your best 7 races to count.

Next race is North Ayshire 10k on Sunday 4th September, this can be pre entered on Entry Central up to 2nd Sept, and on the day if there are place left, almost 500 have entered at the moment, so still plenty of places left. Good Luck!
