West District Cross Country Championships – 8th December

Saturday 8th December sees many club athletes travel to Inverclyde for the West District Cross Country Championships.
The course is in the Ardgowan Estate near Greenock and is new to most Killie runners.
Entries for the championship are up on previous years and there are just under 1000 competitors.
