Ayrshire Cross Country

This years Ayrshire Cross Country takes part on Saturday 16th November at the Beach Park in Irvine. Any seniors or under 20s that would like to run the men’s and women’s races are at 1.30pm. Please arrive early enough to register as declarations close at 12.30pm. Distances are 6000m for females and 9000m for men.
