Commonwealth Games – Ghanian athletes visit

On Tuesday 15th July a number of athletes from the Ghanaian commonwealth games team will be visiting the AAA.

The approximate timetable for the night follows and include several “fun” races on the night, which some of our members will be taking part in:

7.10pm            Warm up and light training session

7.30pm            Track Races: 100m, 800m, 200m, 1500m and 4×400(mixed relay)

8.15pm            Finish

We hope as many members and friends can come along and see some real athletes take on the Ghanaian’s in Kilmarnock.
