KILMARNOCK HARRIERS NIGHT OUT FOR THE COMMONWEALTH BATON RELAY

Dear Member,

As most of you will know, Kilmarnock Harrier and AC are going to be represented with a number of Baton Bearers when the Commonwealth Baton Relay comes through East Ayrshire on June 21st. As has also been mentioned, on the day there will be various activities going on at the AAA as well as throughout the County so it should be a fantastic day for everyone.

As we are also well overdue a wee Club night out, the proposal is that we do something on the night of the Relay, and it would be fantastic to have a large turnout for this to cap off what promises to be a cracking day. It is also a great opportunity for Parents, volunteers, coaches and all our Members from the large number of groups we have to get together for a few drinks, a natter and an optional bite to eat.

Nothing is finalised yet as far as a venue etc is concerned, but please come along if you can. Last year around now we had a night out in the Paris Match with over 60 people at it so I’m sure we can do likewise (or better) this time.
