Scottish 4K Cross Country Championships

This year’s Scottish 4K cross country championships takes place on Sunday 10th November at Bellahoutan Park in Glasgow.

This race is open to all under 20s and seniors. Entry is £5 per athlete.

If you would like to run please pass your name and money to Kara Tait or James Wales by Tuesday 22nd October. If your money and name isn’t passed by this date then will not be entered to run.
