Covid 19 Update 26th April 2021

As we reach another milestone on the road map to recovery from Covid 19 pandemic.

On Monday 26th April, there will be a relaxation of restrictions to allow adult members to travel to training from outside East Ayrshire. This will allow all members to now attend the clubs organised sessions.

Adults still have to physically distance at all times whilst at the club, meaning a 2m distance is side by side, or more than 5m if running in the same lane. Where a group has a mixed age group, with any adults over 18, the older restrictions apply to the whole group.

The indoors will be available for groups, but physical distancing must be maintained at all times indoors. Adults can only be indoors in a one to one coaching situation.

All the normal restrictions will apply at the club:

  • No cars can access the arena, there are still some that try to drive in, this is out of bounds for cars etc.
  • Physical distancing before and after training.
  • Stay in your group bubble and meet at your allocated area, no mixing with other groups.
  • No sheltering in the stand or in the store area.
  • No spectators within the arena.

As we progress to the next planned stage, we must remain within the guidance provided.
