What happens if any member tests positive for Covid-19 ?
If any athletes/coach/volunteer who attends training sessions contracts Covid 19, following a positive test they should:
- Inform our Covid Co-odinator of your positive test at the following address covid@kilmarnockharriers.com
- Provide NHS Test and Protect with our Covid Co-ordinator details as the club contact
Any positive test will be treated confidentially.
Once contacted by NHS Test and Protect our Covid Co-ordinator will provide contact details of the group participants who were in close proximity to the individual (if they attended on the same dates) and contact any club partners if required (i.e. Leisure Trust at the Athletics Arena if applicable).
Registering attendance
It is also important that coaches and group leads keep a register of the group participants for contact tracing purposes.

Registers must be made available when requested by the club.
