2017/ Membership fees update

The 2017/18 membership fees for Kilmarnock Harriers were agreed at last weeks AGM.  As notified in the AGM agenda papers the membership and attendance fee structure has been amended and we are now operating on the basis of monthly fees for most membership categories.  Details of the membership categories, fees and terms and conditions can be found at:  http://www.kilmarnockharriers.com/club-fees/.

In the next few days all members from 2016/17  will receive an e mail from our membership website host – PaySubsOnline requesting payment.  You will have been allocated to a membership category reflecting or broadly reflecting your 2016 status, however there may be a requirement to alter this and you will have the option to do so in your SubsOnline record.

This represents a significant change to our approach to membership payment structure and we may have a few teething problems, so if you are effected please bear with us.  In the long run we expect this to cut down on recurring administration.

There will still be a requirement for all members to register each night they attend the Club in order that we can advise the AAA of facility usage levels.  We will also be taking a regular download of all membership payments to cross check Club attendance and ensure the online payment system is operating fairly and effectively .
